I'm unable to book into class using my membership

Trouble Booking a Class? Let’s Fix That.

Here are a few quick things to check:

  1. Membership Region
    Our memberships are broken into two regions: NYC or the Hamptons. NYC Members can book at Bowery, Flatiron, Soho, or West Village. Hamptons Members can book at Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Montauk, or Southampton.

    If you have an All-Access Membership, you can book in both regions!

  2. Stay Within the Booking Window
    Bookings open 30 days in advance. If you're looking too far ahead, try to book again within the 30-day window.

  3. Same Day Switch?
    Making a last-minute change and running into issues? Swing by any of our studios and we can make that reservation adjustment for you!

    * Please note: Reservation adjustments are subject to a $15 fee. Any adjustment to reformer classes, including cancellation, made 12 hours or less before class start time will result in a reservation adjustment charge of $15.

  4. Membership on Freeze
    If your membership is on hold, you won’t be able to book until it's reactivated. If you'd like to book outside of your freeze, stop by one of the studios and we can get you pre-booked!

  5. Payment Check
    Make sure your most recent payment went through. If it didn’t, bookings won’t go through either.
