Do members have to pay booking adjustment and cancellation fees?

Membership Bookings Still Count!

All NYP booking policies still apply to membership holders, including late cancel and no-show fees. Membership or not, your spot is reserved just for you! We understand things happen so if you need to make adjustments, please do so with at least 12 hours notice to avoid a fee.

Here’s our booking policy for review:

If you know you cannot make class ahead of time please cancel in the NYP app or by logging into your account here at least 12 hours before the start of your class to avoid a cancellation fee.

Students must check in with our studio reps by the class start time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you’re checked in properly. If you are not checked in when class begins, your spot will be released to the next student on the waitlist.

Missed Reservations, or “no shows”, result in a $48 charge (10% off a full priced drop-in class). Class credits will be returned to all accounts.

Any adjustment to reformer classes, including cancellation, made 12 hours or less before class start time will result in a reservation adjustment charge of $15.

All students, regardless of membership status, are subject to all booking fees. We are unable to provide refunds for Reservation Adjustments or Missed Reservation fees.
