Have A Membership? All Your Credits May Have Been Booked
Look at you, you’re absolutely crushing it! To check when your credits expire, just head to the Profile tab on the bottom of the NYP app, then click “Passes”. You’ll find all the details on your active and past packages / memberships, including expiration dates and remaining credits.

Have A Package? Your Credits May Have Expired
It looks like you might be trying to book a class after your package has expired. All packages come with an expiration date, which is the last day they can be used to book a class. If you’re trying to book past that date, you’ll be prompted to "buy a pass."

You May Be Booking Into The Wrong Region
Our regular packages, memberships, and intro offers are separated by region. Please make sure you are booking into a studio located in your credit's region! Here’s the breakdown-
NYC studios: Bowery, Flatiron, Soho, and West Village.
Hamptons studios: Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Montauk and Sag Harbor.
All-Access: Any of the above!
