We are unable to offer direct refunds to your CC but we'd be happy to get you hooked up with the correct purchase! Please submit your exchange request via our chat feature. Just hit the chat icon in the bottom right corner and follow the prompts under “Billing Assistance” to submit a ticket. Once submitted, our studio teams will process your exchange within 72-hours. If you need to book class before then, swing by one of our studios for help IRL!
