NYP membership holders may cancel their membership at anytime! Please submit your membership cancellation request via our chat feature. Just hit the chat icon in the bottom right corner and follow the prompts under “Membership Assistance” to submit a ticket. Once submitted, our studio teams will process your cancellation within the week. If your billing date is before then, please stop by the studio for in-person help!
