Unable to buy or book classes due to "account not completed" error message

If you're having trouble accessing your account, let's troubleshoot together:

  1. Make sure you're logging in to your account on the NYP app. If you are singing in on the NYP website, click on the buy/book class button to sign in to your account.

  2. Ensure you have an active credit card on file.

  3. Make sure you have signed the liability waiver. You can find it by going to "Profile," clicking "Edit" on the top right, and scrolling to the bottom to find "I agree to the terms of the liability waiver."

  4. Make sure you've entered your birthday and a telephone number.

  5. Try hitting "Forgot password" on the NYP sign in screen.

  6. Check that your app is updated to the latest version.
