Cancel 12+ Hours in Advance
Need to adjust your schedule? Simply cancel through the NYP app at least 12 hours before class to avoid any fees.
Reservation Adjustments Within 12 Hours
Changes within 12 hours of class include a $15 Reservation Adjustment fee. Your class credit will be returned for future use.
Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to check in and get set up. For safety, late arrivals are not permitted, and your spot may be released to a student on the waitlist.
Missed Class
If you miss class without canceling, a $45 missed reservation fee applies. Your class credit will be returned to your account for future use.
We encourage you to update your booking as early as possible to keep your schedule flexible and avoid additional charges. The NYP app makes it quick and easy!
