If it’s your first time, the best place to begin is simple: book any class that fits your schedule. Every NYP class is designed to be all-level, and our instructors guide you through the full experience — whether it’s your first session or your hundredth.

Step 1: Choose Your Studio
Select the location that’s most convenient for you. Each studio offers the same signature NYP method — steady beats, controlled movement, slow burn.
Step 2: Book Your First Class
Pick a time that works for you and reserve your spot online or through the NYP app. If you’re unsure which class to choose, any class on the schedule is a great place to start.
Step 3: Arrive a Few Minutes Early
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you can check in, get settled, and meet your instructor.
